* SIZE: 26.75" (height) x 15" (width) x 0.08" (thickness)
* FEATURES: Vintage Item from 1997, Rare and Hard to Find Design
* CONDITION: The sign is in overall good condition for a vintage item that was used outside for years. There's some discoloration from the sun as to be expected. There is a 0.63" crack on the right side (see photos) that could use some attention if you plan to use this outside, some super glue or epoxy should keep it from spreading. There are some surface scratches (see photos) here and there. The stake that came with it will be included but not attached so you will need screws if using outdoors, there's a hanging hole at the top though so it can also be hung on an interior or exterior wall, there is some splintering on one of the screw holes but it's mainly only on the backside (see photos).
